Historien til Boca JBA (Carlos_Tevez)

Denne gangen har jeg fått tak i et stort intervjuobjekt, nemlig selveste Carlos_Tevez. Han er trener for laget Boca JBA. Det er ikke et hvilket som helst lag, for det har gått helt fra tiende divisjon og opp til første plass i andre divisjon på sju sesonger!
Laget vant cupen i fjor, og var med i HT-masters denne sesongen. Det er hele 1502 brukere som har Carlos_Tevez som bokmerke, og det vil bli flere. For han akter å gå hele veien og vinne Bundesliga, cup og HT-Masters. Selv om han allerede har vunnet cupen en gang, vil han nok ha flere pokaler på hylla!
Hvordan greier han det? Han har middelmådig trener og han trener kondis.
Han er antagligvis den brukeren som selger å kjøper mest i hele HT verden, og økonomien er utrolig:

Han er kanskje ikke verdens beste taktiker, men med det laget han har og kan kjøpe seg, er det utrolig vanskelig å slå ham. Etter å ha sett all informasjon bestemte jeg meg for å ta saken i egne hender, og prøve å få et intervju. Dette ville han gjerne være med på, og svarte ærlig og godt på engelsk.

Did you try Hattrick before you started with Boca JBA?

No, but the german-waitlist in June 05 was near to 5000! So I had 4 weeks to learn about the game, but wasn't able to do anything.

Why the name Boca JBA?

Oh! Cause I like Carlos Tevez.

Longer one: "BOChumA (the city I came from=Bochum) Jungen Besiegen Alle"; in english it is called: "boys from Bochum beat everyone"

What was your dream when you started with HT?

Oh, there was no dream. I only wanted to have some fun. I never thought I would play this game for two years and even longer...

What do you think about the future?

The future of Boca JBA?

I hope I can win the "Bundesliga" in season 35. This will be very, very hard, but thats my goal.

Why have you been so good at HT?
---
Good? Good? Whats good?^^

I started training only for the market in my first week, so I have/had some money. And now - after 7 seasons I know some tactical things too^^

Do you wish to be a national coach?
---
No, it is no job for me (atm). This job needs a lot of time, if you do it right.

Maybe I will run as a candidate in 10 or 15 seasons, but not atm.

Would you give it a rest if you win the top division?
---
I dont know. Atm my goal is winning the "Bundesliga" and I think I would be able to hold my team at the current leavel, so I will stay in the "Bundesliga".

What do you think about HT-Masters next season, or when are you planing to spend money on it?

For playing the Masters succesfully you will need luck, luck and more luck. I will only spend money on it after season 35...

Are you beginning to feel tired of HT?
---
No, 'cause I prove my way of fun everytime. This fun isnt only the success!

Who is you "dreamplayer"?
---
I have several nice players in my squad.

My forward Martin Trossero is my "hero" (sc 17/pass 8), one of my best players is Tomas Zineder, he is like a dreamplayer (wing 19/def 12/pass 7). Last week I bought Toni Lago (def 12/pm 16), another great IM is Rainar Taelma (pm 17/pass 11/def 6). My "freekick-wonder" is Hilton Haare (3x divine: def, sp+++ and xp++).

I seach for an off wing: pm 16++/pass 6++/wing 15++

How much are you playing every day?

Hehe, that's not so easy to answer, 'cause every day I work at my computer and ht is on too, but often in the background. Atm I need ~7-10 h/week to buy players. The last 3 seasons I only needed 3-5 h/week, but in my seasons 1-4 it took ~15-20 h/week (I was a defending-skilltrader) and I learned a lot about the market, wages and the TSI.

Do you have a main opponent?

In germany are many strong teams, so I will need some luck.
